At Sage + Seed, we offer only digital products—downloadable resources and subscription-based content designed to support your DIY wellness journey. Because of the nature of digital items, we have a clear and simple refund policy outlined below.
Digital Product Sales
All one-time digital downloads are final sale. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been purchased and delivered.
Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions, feel free to reach out before you buy.
Subscription Cancellations
We offer both monthly and yearly digital subscriptions. Here’s how cancellations work:
Monthly Subscriptions
You can cancel at any time. Once canceled, your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle, but no refund will be issued for the current month.
Yearly Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at [email protected]. If your cancellation qualifies for a refund, we will process it within 5 business days.
Refunds are prorated based on the number of full months remaining only if the content for those months has not already been accessed or downloaded.
If the full year’s content has already been delivered or downloaded, no refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to determine eligibility for refunds based on download or access records.
